There are no exchanges on cut fabrics, books, patterns or clearance items. If the item is damaged please email us at thimblequiltsandsewingcompany@gmail.com with the details and we will do our best to come to a resolution. Our website facilitates returns and exchanges through a streamlined process. Customers can initiate a return or exchange request via their order history, specifying the reason for the return and desired resolution. Once approved, customers receive instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds or exchanges are processed according to our established policies, communicated transparently on our Returns & Exchanges page.
